A quick LinkedIn search shows recent associates going to HBS and Stanford, so there’s clear precedent for solid b-school exits. They’re known to sponsor business school, so I imagine that helps with placement. 
 

Scanning the website, it looks like 1/5 associates and 1/4 VPs came from banking and the rest are from consulting, so while they do hire bankers, consulting definitely looks like their bread and butter. I hear they recently made an effort to diversify their hiring pool a bit, but I don’t have any detail on what that looks like
