TCV is always mentioned on here as one of the top growth equity shops, but there hasn't been a lot of firm-specific information shared. Can anyone share what they know (literally anything) about the firm? Is this a 100% sourcing role for analysts? Info on recruiting process and total comp would also be helpful.
