Insight to the Origination Position in PE

Hi All,

I'm currently in the final stages of interviewing for a origination position at a well known lower middle market shop. I have a general idea of what I would be doing in this role and am aware that it is not a modeling position. With that being said, can someone give me some insight on origination compensation and if there is room to grow within the position? I am having trouble finding what all-in compensation looks like for analyst - partner (assuming there is a path to partner). Thank you in advance since there isn't a lot of info on these types of roles.
