You get 30 days off. You also have to deal with horrible management - like some of the rudest people in the biz.

So comp below street, any insights to the comp progress upwards?

Also, any idea on their fund performances?

For a shop with so much AUM, they make really questionable decisions. For starters, the CEO is a huge prick - always speaking poorly about others firms publicly. Their head of secondaries is a director (not MD) - they didn't bother to hire a replacement after the head went to Apollo so they just called a VP director and figured it is a way to pay less. From what I know of the secondaries team they have no skill or talent and struggle to generate 1.3x returns. I can confirm that even in the U.S. you will get 30 days off, but the pay is quite under market and you won't get carry.

their secondary fund had pretty good returns no? saw it on a prospectus

The head of secondaries is a kid that worked in marketing and they were too cheap to hire an MD so they just call him head of secondaries. The guy that owns the firm is a nasty nasty individual.
