Internship offer

I currently work as an acquisitions analyst intern at a small PE firm. Most of my job is cold calling and only a little bit of modeling. I got an offer today from a fortune 200 company to work in their real estate department (re management and transactions). I’m a finance major at a top 5 undergrad b school interested in working in the energy industry either in IB or commodity trading.  I’m not sure if I should stay in my current job or take the offer at a big company. I make $15 per hour rn + commission if I source a deal and the offer I got today is for $30/ hour. Any advice on how to weigh options?
