Inventories contributing +ve cash flow in retail companies
Hi everyone:
When Inventories are contributing +ve cash flow in retail companies, is that a bad thing? My thinking is that when that happens, it means they have a lot of inventories they can't sell. Am I on the right track?
Thanks
Could be just seasonality of the business (black friday, end of season, etc). If you can sustainably reduce inventory while maintaining sales, it's a positive.
srsly? you couldn't take an extra half second to type out "positive" instead of "+ve"? lmao
