Investment Corporation of Dubai
Hey all,
As the title suggests, looking for some insight regarding the Investment Corporation of Dubai, especially around team dynamics, deal activity, progression, comp, work hours, and what it's like to work in Dubai as a non-citizen (for reference, I'm from the APAC region). ADIA, QIA, and Mubadala come up frequently in discussions of Middle Eastern funds, but I haven't really heard much about ICD, hence the question. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the above topics.

My take is that it’s very regional with ownership primarily in domestic Dubai assets (eg Emirates, Emaar), that upstream substantial dividends (in good times). Have seen them do some international deals, but rarely come across them in the same way as ADIA, Mubadala, etc.
