I am very new to the industry, and was trying to figure out if a sourcing role is really a good place to start, or even move up within the fund.
I looked at some of the profiles of the investment sourcing analysts at the fund, and wasn't really impressed (Most were either sales or advertising) but the fund itself invests in a specific niche in tech which is very much my interest (also where I have experience).
Can someone share their experiences?
