For UMM - at a junior level typically minimal to none.  At a senior level (i.e. MD) you'll often get a decent allocation (~2-5%).

Then there will be some cases where an IR person is really embedded in the partnership, and might get more as part of the senior leadership team split.

At a mega fund you'll get a lot smaller allocation at a senior level (i.e. less than 1%) - but given the fund sizes are large that's still potentially a big payday.  And at a junior level you'll still probably get nothing.
