I haven’t gone through the entire process, but from what I’ve gathered it’s geared more towards behavioral. You should be able to rattle of a few tech startups that you like. The role is mainly sourcing, if you’re excited about calling on many founders and learning about their business and building a relationship with them, convey it in your responses. Other than that, just make sure it is the right fit for you.
Any idea on the timeline here?

I got an email yesterday saying they are currently reviewing completed applications and we’ll hear soon regarding next steps.
I’d like to think we’ll hear within a week or two but I have no clue when we’ll hear back cause its on a rolling basis
