Is it still possible to break into infra PE?
Hi all! Currently working as corporate development in one of the largest renewables energy players in my region, focusing on both greenfield and brownfield transactions (M&A and project finance exposure). Previously I had ~2 years big4 TAS experience.
- Is it still possible for me to break into infra PE without going through IB route?
- If yes, what are the key skills / knowledge I should pick up here to stand out against IB candidates?
- Does infra PE focus on LBO or project finance models?
Thanks!!
