K1 Investment Management Salaries
Can someone explain why K1 Investment Management has extremely low salaries for a private equity firm? For an operations consultant role, they offered an initial 60K for an experience hire. I am just confused at how they can compete in the market. If you have any explanation, please help.
Might not be the entire reason why, but ops consultant is not part of the investment team so itll pay less
Business development positions are also around 60-65k for sourcing deals
Per a new analyst there - it’s “justified” because, in general, they hire from a lot of atypical, often completely inexperienced backgrounds for the investment team. Supply-demand
