Career Resources
Past employees in their growth equity team told me it wasn’t the best place to work (basically half of them left to form their own shop due to issues). My understanding is that they have different strategies and that growth wasn’t there focus so maybe can’t be generalized. Regardless, I’d approach with caution.

Not the best place to be. IFL they were much more relevant when Mezz placements were a key focus in the market… and much less so as of late given the rise in unitranche more broadly…
