Lateral PE Associate
I currently work for an IS, but very active and established, PE firm as an Associate. I have been here for over a year now and I am starting to get traction from other gigs. What should a lateral Associate expect in comp when going from an IS to an established fund? The fund sizes range from 150MM-300MM.
