LBO assumptions: where do I get them without access to CapIQ / Factset etc.?

Hey everyone. I need to do any LBO with my own assumptions / building out entire operating model etc.

Since I don’t have an access to capIQ / fact set or any other sources, I am really concerned as to where I can find it. Would then my assumptions be from earnings reports, transcripts, management opinion, industry reports….?! I just think that those assumptions would be from company’s perspective & not from brokers perspective, which I am finding a bit off. Any advice on how to navigate? Or should I use the management assumptions and then “lower” them?
