LBO Model Help
I'm struggling to figure out the best way to structure an LBO model (tab by tab). Is this somewhat like how most people do it?
- Assumptions
- Sources & Uses
- Operating Model (do you also put your b/s and cfs here?)
- Debt Schedule
- Returns Analysis
- Outputs
- Historical Financials
Yea looks good. It could look nicer if everything was on 1 tab and just needed to scroll down to see all the different schedules / statements and the like. Putting in those elevators in column A helps. This reminds me of the Goldman Sachs style of financial modeling. Cheers
Thanks for this. What do you mean by elevators?
i think by elevators he means using an "x" in column A at each new build/model. So it's easier, you can command + down arrow in column A and move between the builds much faster
