Lender Recommendations

Can anyone recommend lender that would be OK with financing a transaction like this? Feel free to PM or reply here. I have lenders I've worked with before but it's always good to see who else is out there.

Information: -Total purchase price ~$4M - $5M USD. Company is doing close $1.2M in EBITDA. -Looking for as much leverage as possible but we're OK with funding up to $1M in equity and the seller will take a 10% note. -The company is US based, has been around since 2011 and revenue has been doubling YoY. -Looking strictly for non-recourse. -Team buying the co. is made up of experienced operators/PE professionals. 3/4 of them have worked with PE funds as drop-in operators in the past and delivered good results.

Thanks!
