Lenders for $0.5-$1mm EBITDA acquisitions?
I know the SBA is the obvious path here, but is anyone aware of SBIC or other debt shops that cater to this size buyout? Most I'm familiar with don't look below $1.5mm EBITDA.

What type of topline are we talking about?
$2mm topline.
Are there assets?
No, would be a cashflow based loan.
Sounds like a good time for you to start relationships with your community bankers.
It's likely going to need to be a local community bank. Also guessing you will have to personally guarantee the loan. That seems to be market terms from some folks I know that have gone the search fund route and looked at businesses of that size
I've found no PG for as low as $1.2m ebitda but it took a lot of work.

Courier / local last mile delivery for medical items.
My bad wasn’t able to get a non-recourse loan for his business around that same size
