Curious about the firm. Not much on WSO other than 1-2 threads. Everyone at the firm seems to have gone to an M7 business school and/or T25 undergrad. How do they pull this much talent? What’s the comp? Thanks in advance chimps.

They recently raised a $4.9B fund. Performance is strong not sure abt comp
.
Would also appreciate insights.
Took a quick look at the website and seems like they have the most indian per PE capita in the team.
Meaning what exactly?
Depends on their origins but culture probably isn't great. Lots of performative work for no reason. Same thing you encounter with any native Asian-born professional in finance.
The most Indian 4 -5 bn fund size firm isn't even LG, it's Haveli. Haveli is founded by an Indian-American so the main guy is also Indian unlike LG. PE hours are long everywhere and there's no firm without work for no reason.
As for LG itself; smart dudes there. A lot of first-time PE owned assets in their portcos they have must have decent sourcing. Clearly something is working given succesful fundraise in such a tough enviornment.
Edit: I stand corrected, Linden is the real most Indian firm.
