Lion Capital London

They are a consumer focused PE firm. I have got an upcoming interview for their London office.

I was wondering what people think about the firm and what to expect in interviews.
What would exit opportunities look like? How are they viewed in reputation, prestige, comparable shops, pay, culture, etc.

Any insights appreciated

Kea was running a process a couple of years ago. Never did consumer so I quickly dropped out, but it felt like they were very much in run-off mode / not a place to stay for the long term

do they still exist / are they hiring? also how did you know about opp from KEA? they literally just tell me they have no mandates ever. what are the chances any of these places actually reach out to you on something? how often do you follow up with recruiters? i feel like there is 0 transparency and if they decided they do not like your resume they literally just ghost you or keep responding claiming they have nothing. i do not get why even reply period if that is going to be the response?
