LLR Partners (2025) - Analyst Comp / Exits?

Hey everyone,

Looking for some recent insights on LLR Partners, specifically regarding their Analyst program (the role typically post-undergrad / post-internship). Have seen they are well-regarded in the tech GE/MM PE space, but trying to get a clearer picture on a couple of things:

1. Compensation: Does anyone have recent data points (past 1-2 years) on the typical all-in comp (Base + Bonus) for first/second-year Analysts?

2. Exit Opportunities: What are the exit opps generally like after the 2-year Analyst stint? Seeing placements into MF/UMM PE, other GE shops, VC, top B-Schools, Corp Dev, etc.? How common are the "top tier" exits (e.g., top GE/VC)?

Appreciate any reliable info or experiences folks can share. Trying to benchmark the opportunity accurately.

All in comp is in the low to mid 100s for analysts. Most people stay on after the 2yrs for associate promotion and thereafter it's a mixed bag between those who stay for senior associate / VP, go to a portfolio company, lateral to another shop etc. Brand is reasonably strong in the MM space so you'll get looks from good shops long term.
