LLR comp is below average across the board until the Partner level when you make the big $$$, culture is top notch, most partners started as associates, top LMM private equity firm for growth (see growthcap ranking)
Fantastic place with a storied culture. Experience will differ marginally by group.
Know the managing partner as well as a number of other senior people there very well. All very smart and genuinely nice to be around. If you are interested in LMM growth, there aren’t many better places to be

It's one of the best if you're into LMMs. Personally I don't look below UMMs, MFs, and one or two MMs, but everyone has different standards.
