LMM Associate year 2 raise

I'm currently at a Boston-based LMM making ~$200 all in, split 100% base and 100% bonus. No carry or sourcing bonuses, but do have levered co-invest in my deals. I've achieved top ratings and am in discussions to come back after business school as a VP.

I'd like to ask for a raise, given inflation, experience, and my performance. How much is too much to ask for? I've never done this before and I'm not sure what is reasonable--I know that peers at much bigger funds are making 300+, but given that I'm LMM I don't think it's appropriate to ask for that. Is 125 base and 125 bonus too much to ask for?

 

Title isn’t updated but I’m currently in PE. I would target $250 (125/125 split) as that’s pretty fair for even a LMM shop in a T1 city. However, assuming WLB and other benefits (PTO/401K match/etc) are solid, 225 or 230 (115/115) wouldn’t be bad either.
