Anyone have comp figures for LMM funds in Chicago. Example funds would be CIVC, Frontenac, Rotunda, Shore, etc.
To get things started I’ve heard Silver Oak is at $225K for As1

what is the general cost of living in chicago? what's typical rent for 1b1b or 2b2b in nicer areas? Would $230k in Chicago equate to $270k in NYC/SF/LA given COL differences?
I would think 230k in chicago would be closer to 300k+ in NYC. Luxury 1bed1bath in new buildings are like 3k max.
For $3k you can get a luxury 1BR in the nicest parts of town (Fulton Market, River North, whatever) with every amenity you could want in the building.
so jealous. chicago is probably the best place to be for the city+lower COL combo. Other places with this COL (maybe austin?) are more boring, NYC too expensive, and SF is both expensive and boring (i.e. the worst) lol
