Does anyone know of any solid LMM lenders (bank and non-bank) that provide acquisition financing for target Cos in the $1-$3 MM EBITDA space and are okay with businesses that have new construction divisions (think HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical).
Currently being pushed down market for deals given valuations and having difficulty finding lenders they fit this profile.

I know of a few in that EBITDA range. Definitely tons above $2M but under that is harder. That particular space though, not sure how friendly the lenders I know would be to it.
