Curious if anyone can provide some insight into recruiting / networking for Associate positions at LMM PE funds as a post-MBA banking Associate? Currently working at an EB but have experience across LMM to UMM deals in a variety of transaction types / structures, and am interested in LMM PE at some point down the road. Specifically have been looking at some funds with between 2 and 5 Partners in a Tier 2 city that I have heavy family connections to, and am wondering how best to approach reaching out and presenting myself when the time comes.
