long term career advice for student recruiting IB/PE & comparing post-grad opps, buy-side vs sell-side, etc.

hi! i know this is most definitely a champagne problem, and honestly, a problem i will likely not be having because of how competitive things are these days. but i would greatly appreciate some advice about how to evaluate post-grad opportunities so that i can decide how to best focus my recruiting efforts. for context, i'm not sure what i'm interested in long term - i could see myself in banking long term, could see myself going into PE long term, or exiting into industry. point being, i have many interests within finance and no real idea of what the long-term plan is. ideally, i would like to end up in c-suite in industry but can also see myself just staying at a firm and working my way up. mostly interested in tech and consumer, but know that there are industries out there that i could be really excited about, but just don't know enough about yet. that being said, what are the best places to start for someone like me? how do i avoid siloing myself into something too niche that it would be hard to pivot, while also prioritizing good experience and pay (I need to support my family)? firms i'm interested in are below, how would you go about choosing where to focus and prioritize, and ultimately, where you think the best place for someone like me to go is? for more context, i'm a diversity candidate at a target school, so hopefully i can land at least one place:

KKR

BX

GS

MS

Insight

Bessemer

Raine

Evercore

Centerview

applying to other firms of course but i think these are my top choices. if you have other recommendations of where i should be looking let me know.
