M3 Capital Partners - thoughts?
Recently saw a position open (probably closed, but still interested for future) at M3 Capital Partners within Real Estate Capital Advisory (EMEA). Any ideas what they’re like? Comp? Exits? Reputation? Thanks!
Very solid shop with great dealflow. Does ton of fundraising (minimal pitching), but beyond that, strategic analysis in setting up new funds / corporate structures. Team is young and lean, so expect long hours but decent comp, commensurate with banking with 100% bonus
Thanks for the insights - any idea on exit opps? Can people transition into mega fund REPE? How do they compare to Evercore RECA? Thanks!
