How much carry or promote is extended at VP, Director and MD level for a new fund that can ramp up to 1-2Bn? Is it 1-2% at VP, 2-3% at Director and 5-7% for MD? I know that senior partners get 15% on average. Heidrick & Struggles doesn't give it in percent points clearly.
