MFPE with senior visibility?

seems like most mfpe associate programs are 2,3 and out but what are some funds that give u a chance to stay? heard principal promotion at cd&r isn’t uncommon if good enough but wondering if there are any other funds like that

I agree with APO (if you don’t end up quitting) TB Vista. Obviously not sure what it’s like these days but compared to other >20B funds, those are the few that (1) promote without MBA but (2) higher promotion rates overall.

I would also add TA (growth equity) to the list. They require MBAs but out of their associate class that all left for MBA, TA consistently gives 1-2 VP return offers each class

Also would add the >10B European PE funds to the list. Apax Hg Nordic have good promotion rates

Also jsut want to say cd&r associate class is an actual army. 20+ people a class - unheard of anywhere else.

Promotion is impossible but on the flip side, I’ve heard WLB is good given that they have so many associates
