Hi all, as you may know it's a pretty niche industry and I'm having a hard time getting a read on comp, was just hoping to hear how it might compare to classic large cap buyout (or any other benchmark you have in mind), if someone is able to give a range for a level of seniority (whichever you know) I'd be super grateful but of course understand people might prefer to keep these things to themselves. Tbh I can only think of one/two mining PE firms
Yeah they're far and few which also makes the comp harder to estimate, but I'm just looking for a ballpark and whether there's a discount to regular corp PE
do you already have a role and offer in hand and looking to compare? what position is it for and what's the offer? people would be in better position to help you if you provide what you're using as base or what your offer is to see whether it's market or not
