I don't think comvest is doing anything in spec sits/loan to own anymore.
Have a few buddies on both the buyout and credit side and while special sits is a smaller component of the business nowadays then it was before they are still doing special sits deals, perhaps not many loan to own situations anymore though. Don’t want to go into too many details on a public forum.
