MM/LMM PE in CLT
Looking to eventually make the move to MM/LMM PE in Charlotte. Would like to know more about the PE scene there. Seems like everyone went to the same school and worked at the same firms. Who are the top players? Hours? Comp?

Career Resources
Ridgemont/Pamlico/Falfurrias/Carousel are the major players in MM/LMM PE. Frontier for growth equity. Probably a few smaller players I am missing, comp is definitely below street not sure about exact quantum. Charlotte finance overall is dominated by UNC not exclusive to those schools just more self-selection by unc grads wanting to work on finance.

In terms of schools the most I saw were UNC, Wake, Duke, Emory, and UVA
