Thought all MFs were 350k+ now. They are paying UMM comp for MF fund size, but I guess nobody is turning down a MF offer.

If non-BX, probably assuming it's EQT or Advent? Might make sense for EQT for european funds to pay lower but didnt expect advent to be that low.
