Model Balances but...still kinda wonky. Can anyone provide some insight?

Yes I've searched the forums. Yes I've applied all the rules and advice to my model. Yes I've printed out my B/S, went line by line, and scrubbed the ENTIRE model for inaccuracies. Yes, I'm retarded.

The details: I've gone line by line and made a couple of adjustments to silly common errors until my model went from being unbalanced by -209m to a mere -29m. Still, I wasn't understanding where this discrepancy came from.

Then I noticed that my LT debt difference was supposed to be +14 (based on my B/S) but I was showing a decrease of approx -163 based on guidance. So in my roll forward my EOP LT Debt balance was driven by this pay down taken from the company's 10k. Anyways, I adjusted it to the hypothetical $14 difference, and my whole model balanced.

What gives? Should I use this "increase" in LT debt as a plug to get the model to balance or am I missing something?

Here's a drop box link with the model in question, I'm hoping someone is kind enough to take a look. I've been wacking my brain over this for 2 days now and I'm questioning my sanity and intelligence at this point.
