Hello everyone,
I was wondering which platforms does MS have when it comes to principal investing. I know there's a very big RE team, but what other teams come to mind? Is there for example a PE team (direct investing, not FoF)?

Morgan Stanley is actually a pretty big player in PE. Definitely a strong name in the middle market healthcare space and their energy and infrastructure teams are pretty active too. I know they also have a growth equity and special sits group but don't have much color on either of those.
On the Infra side, definitely a renowned and respected institution. Their latest fund vintage, NHIP III, is around 5.5 bn which is pretty big for a MM fund (although it is a global mandate). They operate under the name North Haven Infrastructure Partners if you're interested in digging deeper.
