Most important factor for post MBA PE VP Recruiting
Hi all, I am going to be starting at HSW this year (currently at a MM fund, ex UBS / DB). I am interested in making the transition to UMM / MF level and was wondering what are the most important factors for post MBA VP hires?
Obviously it's not 3 hour LBO quick tests was just curious to people who have gone through the process. Thank you!
