Leverage

"Let's leverage our knowledge", "Let's leverage this opportunity", "We need more leverage", "I have leverage over him, because he slept with my wife" etc.

I’ m in LMM. “Proprietary technology/process” for a company that is completely undifferentiated. “Platform”, “blue chip customer base” or something similar, “growth levers”, “diversified revenue streams”, “adjacencies”, “margin expansion”, “operational efficiencies”, “turnkey”, “value-add”, “tailwinds”, “ramp” or “runway for growth”, “ seasoned management team”, “thx”, “turn”, I could keep going but I’m going to keep drinking

“How do we get comfort/conviction that…[anything completely unhelpful to the discussion].”

”How do we know all the customers won’t just leave as soon as we buy?” We don’t bro. But maybe look at the 20 pgs of customer / churn analyses that are highlighted as investment highlight #2.

Also, “let’s be thoughtful about…”

So do you have an actual point or do you want me to just think more?
