Most respected names in LMM
Which firms in the lower middle market have the most respect among their competitors and carry the best brand name. I was thinking of something like The Riverside Company, but am curious to learn about more.

Define LMM and what you are seeking (anyone that plays in the LMM, groups that are focused on the LMM, etc.) and I can give you some additional thoughts.
Riverside, Audax, etc. will look at $5mm EBITDA deals (LMM) and $40-50mm EBITDA deals (MM deals).
Appreciate the response. Firms under 2B last fund raised, typically looking at 25M ebitda companies. Also not interested in funds that only invest in HC or tech.

I would say Hellman & Friedman, CD&R, Vista, and GTCR are good up and coming MM funds.
