Got an email from compliance saying that IBD analysts must disclose any deferred employment arrangements (such as PE offer) in the company OBI (Outside Business Interests) system. Analysts will have to fill out what PE firm they will be joining and their expected start date.
Is this even allowed?? What if you just don't disclose?
