Non-Traditional Private Equity Roles (Pharmacy School to PE)

I am in pharmacy school and have a bachelor's in finance and economics. I will be seeking opportunities in private equity in a few years. I am interested in working on healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or life sciences private equity deals (I recognize how vague that sounds).

Has anyone successfully done this who would like to connect?

What can I do to land one of these roles?

What firms should I target?

What roles would I be most suited for at these firms?

Who should I network with?

What are the most important skills to learn?

What questions should I be asking?
