There aren't a lot of info on Nordic Capital on this site, specifically their US team / NY office. Know that they've grown steadily over the past years and raised a sizable fund, but wanted to hear any recent updates on their NY office.
Are they trying to grow their presence in the US? How is the comp and career progression on the US side? When do they usually recruit or is it usually on a one-off basis?
