Top notch shop, very high quality, and great culture (Glassdoor reviews also super positive). Investors there are super smart and are given lots of responsibility compared to other shops. I had a friend who was an associate their and did Principal level work (compared to Insight, GA and other funds). 60+ year old shop and consistently top decile across their venture and growth equity team. Team as a whole avoids the large cash burn silicon valley darlings that often generate low returns. They focus on strong businesses with sound economics. I spoke with a few of them and they basically knew every business I threw at them. Best sourcing coverage among growth equity shops by far. Intentionally under the radar and focused on generating returns instead of hype. Only downside is Palo Alto and not SF/NYC. You would be lucky to work there.
