NYC MM PE Comp

Been putting out feelers for lateral opportunities and the comp ranges are all between 200-250k. For fund sizes between 500m-1b and NYC based firms. Thought these are a bit low but that might be the market today. Does anyone have further data points?

it "feels a little low" because at 500MM-1bnlatest fund size you're not even working in real PE. Real PE starts at 5bn+ latest flagship fund, big boys league is 15bn+
