They put a bid in on a co. we were selling several months (5 or 6) ago [a competitive one I might add that was in line with elite MFs and upper-MM shops]. I recall an MD at our co-advisor's shop (MM shop in the southeast) saying one of his analysts was interviewing there (and it looks like they're not too focused on the Harvard/Wharton | GS/MS/BX routine).

They seem like a deece shop (recently bought a co. called Centerplate from Kohlberg and Co. where they again beat out elite MFs and upper-MM shops to acquire the co.)

Would imagine they place well into b-schools if you have a great GMAT score / great volunteer experience to go alongside your application.
