I think one decimal is fine. That said, I kept two decimals on my resume. Not that it matters but I'd generally assume a 3.8 is really more like a 3.75 (as I've even seen people on WSO convince themselves a 3.44 is a 3.5).

At the end of the day, it doesn't make a huge difference. I guess a person with a 3.83 is less inclined to round vs. someone with a 3.75 to 3.79.
