Given how fast on-cycle is kicking off for most banks, I was wondering if you only have one chance to recruit for the top MFs which is like a few weeks into training. Can you recruit after your first year (at the beginning of your second year) with the incoming batch of first years? Would you be considered more, equally, or less competitive?
