Nepotistic shop with underperforming seniors. Was not impressed from some of the meetings my team had with these guys, walked out with one less PE firm to want to interview with during buyside recruitment.

 

Their performance has been decreasing (35.6% Gross IRR for fund I vs 18.8% for fund II), which is likely a result of increasing fund size, but It's still a good place to go if you like operational work, and they also just raised a 2B fund 1 year ago.
