Opportunistic Credit Comp Expectations

~$8b AUM fast growing opportunistic credit manager running an all-weather strategy; everything from distressed/special sits to structured equity to project/asset backed lending to some direct lending. Would be coming in at the VP level with over 6 years experience (of which 4+ investing experience, 2+ banking). Any thoughts on what my total cash comp / carry expectations should be would be really helpful.
