Opportunities in Vancouver

Trying to find some info about Vancouver, seems a little dated/sparse. Is anyone aware of infrastructure investment opportunities in Vancouver? I know BCI’s real estate subsidiary QuadReal has offices there but that’s more traditional CRE, is there anything in the project finance/infra pe space?

also curious how to break in into IB here at van as a recent graduate from sauder at UBC. seems like spots are very limited and competition is fierce. from what i see people usually move to somewhere like toronto to secure IB experiences then come back in like few years later.
